What is TempSure Envi?

TempSure Envi is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to firm up loose skin on the face and body. This non-invasive treatment can also minimize facial wrinkles and fine lines and even improve the appearance of cellulite. At Well Integrative Medicine, we aim to address the root cause of skin laxity: lost collagen. This allows us to provide long-term results and improve the overall health of your skin, as opposed to providing a temporary fix. TempSure Envi stimulates natural collagen production and does not rely on surgery or other invasive techniques.

How does TempSure Envi skin tightening work?

As our bodies age, they lose the ability to generate collagen quickly. This leads to the formation of wrinkles, as collagen helps to make our skin elastic. By delivering radiofrequency to heat your skin gently, TempSure Envi increases your skin’s temperature for a defined amount of time. This heat triggers the body’s natural reaction to produce new collagen. These new collagen fibers are tighter and denser, leaving you with radiant, youthful skin.

What can I expect during treatments?

When you come in for your consultation at Well Integrative Medicine, we will discuss your aesthetic goals and create a custom treatment plan for you. During a face-only treatment, you will experience a gentle warming sensation around the target area(s).

During a body-only treatment, you will experience a gentle warming and massage sensation around the target area(s). After the treatment, there is usually only a slight amount of redness on the skin, which quickly subsides. Immediately following your session, you will be able to return to your daily activities. There is zero downtime.

Am I a candidate?

TempSure Envi works on all skin types; everyone is a candidate. Treatments are primarily recommended to patients who experience skin laxity (looseness), wrinkles, and cellulite. The laser system can also treat the smaller, more delicate areas on the face. If you have crow’s feet around your eyes or frown lines between your brows, TempSure Envi can help you get beautiful skin.

How long are the treatments?

Treatments last about 30-60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. There is no downtime, allowing you to return to your normal activities immediately.

Does the procedure hurt?

TempSure Envi has been carefully designed with comfort in mind to provide you with a pleasant and effective treatment every time. Most of our patients describe the treatment as comfortable.

How many treatments are needed?

We usually recommend that you schedule a series of treatments and regular maintenance appointments to help your body counteract the loss of collagen that is part of the natural aging process.

When should I expect to see results?

Instantly. You will walk away from your appointment with a natural glow, and what many patients describe as a “tighter” feeling. Best of all, collagen will continue to rebuild over time, enhancing your skin’s overall appearance in the months following treatment.
